Latar Belakang: Moringa leaves extract is promising to develop into nutraceutical products, especially a chewable gummy. The desirable characteristics of gummies are soft, elastic, springy, and flexible. Gelatin widely used gelling agent which has been proven maintain gel structure during storage. other ingredients also determine the filler plasticizer. aim this study was effect sucrose propylene glycol concentration on based Metode: preparation gummy tablets conducted by pour method. Factorial design (22) applied in analyze two factors herein Two levels were optimized each factor, (30% 35% concentration) (2% 4% physical tablet. Hasil: results factorial analysis showed that increase will produce longer dispersion time lower swelling ratio. Meanwhile, decreases syneresis potency. alteration observed 14 days storage, particularly time, ratio, percentage. Kesimpulan: Based feasible space, (30-35%) (2-4%)
